Principal BrokerSamantha grew up in a real estate oriented family. She started working in the real estate field at a very young age and began focusing on property management in 2009. She is an award-winning Realtor. Samantha loves hiking, camping, and shed hunting with her husband in her free time, is a mother and step-mother to three beautiful girls, two dogs and absolutely loves being a Realtor and Property Manager.

Jessica Maez
Operations ManagerJessica started in the real estate field at a very young age and fell in love with all the aspects of it. She has experience as a real estate agent, property manager, loan officer, title agent and working with REO’s. Jessica is a mother and stepmother to four amazing kids that she has with the love of her life. Her favorite thing to do is anything outdoors in the summer and basically hibernates in the winter.
Jessica loves being a Realtor, Property Manager, and an expert in the Real Estate Realm.

Sharon Fraser
Office AdministratorSharon is new to the real estate world, but no stranger to juggling the needs of others. She is a wife to her husband of 13 years, mother to three little kids, and cancer survivor. Sharon loves to spend time with family and friends over a plate of good food. She was born and raised in beautiful Utah.

Maintenance CoordinatorJessie is new to Incline, but has been an important asset. Jessie has been interested in real estate and home building ever since her dad brought her to “Bring Your Kid to Work Day”. With lots of work experience behind her, she is excited for her career in real estate and property management.
Jessie is planning her future while getting married in June, including lots of goals to fulfill. The future real estate agent always appreciates a Diet Coke with coconut to start the work day.
